Room was clean

Elevator scared me with strange noises, washing machine on our floor did not work, and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk for check in.

The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. I enjoyed the accommodations of the shower that provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash and extra clean towels. The beds were very clean and super comfortable.

That I couldn't stay long enough there.

The beds were so comfortable. Location great as well. I have stay d at express before other cities and much say not too happy with my home town hotel.

The smell on the first floor. Breakfast that is included and reason we chose this place was not to satisfaction. Ran out of milk, food and pancake machine was a joke. They need a waffle maker . I had my grandkids w me and they didn't like it. Lady in charge of kitchen was very nice

The staff was professional and hospitable. The room and bathroom was exceptionally clean. The white bedding was immaculate so were their towels. The beds super comfortable like sleeping on a cloud. The pillows also on point with 4 available per bed. You had the option of a perfectly firm pillow or a softer one! The room also had a keurig with coffee or tea, micro & mini fridge. The pool and hot tub was clean. I was also very pleased with the breakfast options. The food was hot and well stocked with plenty of eggs, bacon and sausage patties or links. They also had cereal, pastries, bagels, bread options, juice, milk and tea/coffee. The coffee was amazing! The grounds were well kept and the parking lot was lit. Staff went above and beyond each time we needed something!

We arrived at 5 pm and our room was not ready. The pool was not heated.

I feel the price was too high. The A/C fan is loud and made it hard to get a good night sleep.

Quiet location, ample number of parking, comfortable bed.

The comforter has not been changed prior to our arrival, it still had blood stains (fairly new- not brown or maroon colored).

Breakfast was good , overall very clean. Location was great, close to everything. Parking great. The luggage carrier was so helpful. We only had to make one trip to vehicle.

The elevator was not working. Inconvience to have staff push button to send us up to room on third floor. Noticed that the sheet were stained. It was either paint or dried blood. It was not from us. We noticed it on Saturday night before we departed.
