Didn't eat breakfast. The location was perfect.
The hot water did not get hot, it was luke warm. Need to improve the hot water.

Beautiful and modern hotel, amazing staff (Jamal made us feel so welcomed), great lounge areas, delicious breakfast, awesome location!
Sort of unpleasant smell when you walk in (not like a dirty smell maybe sewage issues), room was a bit musty smelling as we opened door, lots of hair on floor (overall cleaned room), pillows could use an upgrade, but the biggest issue was you can hear everything and everyone around you especially if you have someone staying above your room which I believe it's due to the type of flooring installed, which of course is NOT the staff's fault at all.

This facility was clean, comfortable and very affordable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were in from Louisiana to visit our son and his family. The location was 3 mins from his house. Overall I give it an 8 for all these qualities.
There wasn't a microwave in the room or coffee maker so we went down to the lobby for all of that but it wasn't a big deal to us.

Lobby and facilities were decent and clean. Breakfast was surprisingly good, great variety especially for kids. Our room was cozy, beds were comfortable, we like to freeze and the room was ice cold so it was perfect. Appreciated the small details like a hairdryer and clothing iron and mini fridge.
Our shower stall was kinda falling apart and didn’t seem very clean. Better curtains to keep the room darker would be helpful for children.

The rooms are very spacious. The staff was nice.
The room was dirty. The floor had obviously not been swept. There was hair on the bathroom on the floor, in the sink, in the shower when we arrived. The beds were not comfortable at all. The blackout shades were messed up so there was light from the street shining in the room all night.
