Room availability
The morning staff are the most helpful people very nice and honest people the rooms are already in good condition but they're remodeling the hole motel anyway I will definitely suggest staying
Most of the workers are pretty nice

Cons -

Mold everywhere. Floors were filthy. No comforter on the bed. No vent fans and the place smelled of mold
Price went from --- dollars a night to --- dollars a night when the temperature dropped below freezing, but there are hotels with no roaches, a fridge and kitchenette in the room, and for only --- dollars a night.
Wasn't able to check in till an hour after I arrived, and thr room I was checked into hadn't been cleaned
