- The employees were nice and helpful and were very respectful and courteous.
- The price.
Cons -
- Bathroom was dirty with hair all over. Had issues with tv, so front desk gave us another room. New room was cleaner. Breakfast was horrible.Stayed here before and it was so much better. It has truly gone downhill with new ownership. Never again!
- When we arrived, we were told that the key card machine was down so we would have to prop the door open. No remote then had to ask how to program the remote. Turned the sink on and it was brown rusty water and wouldn?t drain properly.
- There we several issues with my room. The paint was sliding off the wall, there was not a stopper in the bathroom sink, the room smelled like it had been a smoking room, the hand held shower head would not stay on its holder, the tub needed replaced.
