- The people on the lobby. OH GOD THEY WERE SO HELPFUL. Straight to the point, honest, felt like they wanted to talk to you and make you feel so welcomed. I would definitely book this hotel all the times I come to the city.
- The staff was friendly and the location was in a good spot

- Everything perfect
- I didnt like that the room didnt have any hot water it was only warm and they didnt offer any housekeeping we basically had to do everything on our own
- There was no hot water while showering.sink in bathroom was clogged

The rooms were clean. Was a nice location. Very good price.
