Pros +
- The in-house coffee shop and Emily the kind person who worked there.
- One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at; decorated amazingly, huge parking lot.
- Bartenders were excellent.
Cons -
- Condescending, an unhelpful desk staff. Blood on the walls greeted us on the 5th floor mural.
- The breakfast staff (same individual every morning) is extremely rude. Never smiles. Acts as if customers are inconveniencing him. Left a message so I could provide feedback and call was never returned. Overall, staff were not very welcoming.
- AC unit was loud and floor is shaking bc of below room's AC unit
