- The location was perfect for our business activities over 3 days. The kitchenette is very convenient as is the full sized coffee maker. There was no hot water on our first morning but after that, the water got hot quickly.
- Not much.

Cons -
- The bathtub had a hole in it where water was visibly leaking through. Also, the hotel was under construction with drywall dust everywhere.
- The hotel should not be rated as a 3 star hotel while it was being renovated. There was a nasty smell in the hallways and in my room.
- This hotel is being renovated. While trying to check out, all of the carts were in use by the construction crew so had to make 4 trips down to pack out. No USB charging ports. Room was dark with all lights on. Don't go until renovation finished.
