The location was fantastic. We didn't know what to expect but as soon as we checked in we were greeted at the front desk with a warm friendly welcome. Check in was fast & easy. The room was large, clean and well stocked kitchen. We will definitely stay here again.
They didn't clean our room when we left for the day but when we called down for more towels they were brought to our room quickly by a friendly staff member.

Please be really careful with booking this hotel. It's a well known chain, but the management of this hotel seems like wanting to trick you. I think the best thing is free laundry opportunity, but it's outhweight by the bad behavior of the stuff and the manager. My favourite sentence of the front desk is: "your are not qualified for room service"
On the website the hotel alleges housekeeping every day, but in reality the room is cleaned only once a week. Even upon request the decline to clean your room (without a surcharge of 25$). Further, they charge you after departure (without notifying you) for items allegedly broken. After our departure they charged us for a allegedly broken laundry basket 25$. This is fraud. The do not offer breakfast. The hotel offers public available grills at the outside. BUT look at the pictures, in what disgusting conditions this grills are.

Large comfortable rooms. Staff was great - at least the one guy I interacted with was.
Nothing in the are to walk to such as food or coffee - it is in a maze of newish construction next to a major freeway.
