Hotel is great, location is great, staff very friendly. clean, smelled good, love having a starbucks in the lobby. valet is a nice touch although a bit expensive
Room was a suite, would have liked a tiny bit more space but I will take it as this is one of the only hotels with a suite in austin! AC a little warm. overall great thoug

I was in Austin for a business trip. I was looking for a quiet and comfortable stay and this hotel was definitely perfect in this sense. There is construction nearby but I never heard any noise during my stay, and the bonus is that there is no traffic in the area. The front desk staff is excellent, they always helped me with all my requests. The room was spacious and spot clean. There are several restaurants and convenience stores within a block or two, it is very convenient if you need anything during your stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I didn't use the valet parking, so I cannot comment on that aspect.
For me this was not a big deal, but the pool and the fitness center are quite small. When I went, nobody was there and it was fine. I don't think you can swim in the pool because it looks quite shallow, it is more I guess for relaxing, but I didn't try it.

Very clean facility room was very nice! Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Rooms were very quiet. We had a wonderful stay!

Great location! Just 2 blocks from 6th street. Nice lobby with lots of places to sit. It was very hot when we travelled to Austin. So, it was nice to have somewhere to sit and cool off. I loved that Starbucks was in building. Rooms were nice and spacious.

Room was really nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent, different variety of foods to choose from. The location of the hotel was excellent since it was right behind the concert venue we went to. The valet service was excellent, too.
