I like the welcoming lobby and the patio furniture in front of the hotel. It’s a great location to the highways that I most frequently travel.

The lobby ladies bathroom needed attention.

Rooms were so spacious and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. We were given ideas for dinner outings. I did not make it to breakfast but heard from friends it was very good.

I left an expensive apple quick charger and cable in the room on the night stand. I only stayed one night and had only a back pack with change of clothes. I realized fairly quick after leaving that I left it in the room. I left multiple messages and no one ever responded. They told me before even looking that it probably wasn't there. They said they would only return my call if something was found. I KNOW I left it in the room. Kind of a bummer.

We reserved 2 suites for two days. The king room was nice and comfortable. The room with 2 queen beds was spacious and comfortable as well. Both rooms were furnished with kitchenettes.Breakfast was included and we all enjoyed it.

The room with 2 queen beds smelled of mildew or mold coming from the bathroom. That smell never got corrected.The second night, we were locked out of the king room due to a malfunctioning electric lock. The hotel didn't have the personell or the equipment to fix it or to cut the lock. The result was two people couldn't take their prescription medications. Three of us couldn't change clothes because they were locked up and no one got to bed until the wee hours of the morning.The next morning someone arrived with a saw to cut through the lock so we could retrieve our belongings and check out to go home.A regional manager named Hannah was going to charge the full price for both days but the local manager named Rashad comped the second night on both rooms. He was very apologetic for our inconvenience and was very sympathetic about the whole problem.

The room was nice and big, and well equipped with an apartment fridge not a little dorm fridge. Staff was very friendly. We liked the added security that people couldn't go up the elevator without a room key. Good variety on the breakfast.

Fantastic location off I35 South with easy access to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Front desk staff are amazing. I wish I wrote down names but the older woman at check in and younger gentleman with the ponytail were incredibly kind. The check in process was courteous, efficient and very helpful. The hotel is newer and kept very clean in the lobby, halls, dining room, gym and pool. The cleaning staff are always busy disinfecting and take pride in their work. I'm very picky and clean my own room on arrival. The surfaces and floors in the rooms were clean and dust free. There's an outdoor sitting area with an outdoor kitchen with 2 modern grills. Looks very nice and inviting. It was too hot so we didn't have a chance to use the outdoor spaces. My children used the pool and loved it. We rented 2 rooms: 1 King size and 1 double handicap accessible room. The space in the double was significantly larger which worked perfect for our adult daughter and teenager. Eating area, full size fridge, microwave and stovetop in both rooms. The accessible room had a bathtub. The king suite had a large walk in shower. Pics on the website are accurate. The hotel was pretty quiet and being on the 4th floor was a great escape from street noise. Most of the guests were respectful in the evening and kept noise to a minimum.There was a hot breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, oatmeal, waffles, cold boiled eggs and coffee. We decided to eat out after the first try but happy they had an option for travellers.

We stayed 5 nights and never received any housekeeping although the front desk requested it upon check in. I like to clean my own space and took out the trash, and picked up linens from the housekeeping cart. However without a vacuum or mop, it limited my options to clean the floors. I asked a housekeeper for a sheet. She didn't speak English and was clearly annoyed. I speak enough Spanish to communicate. She she said that she only had a small amount of linens. I was surprised since she never cleaned our room and I was taking care of everything. Just asked for a sheet. An older gentleman had to prompt her to give me the sheet.This hotel is extremely pet friendly. There was a family with 2 dogs that were very unhappy in the room alone. They barked nonstop for several hours. I spoke to the front desk and they offered to relocate us. We were already unpacked and declined. There were several very large dogs in the hotel each day. Apparently there's no size limit. My youngest child ran back to her room after a large unleashed dog was heading to the elevator and growled at her. While I love fur babies this wasn't what I expected and won't return because our comfort and safety shouldn't be compromised for animals.The mattresses are great if you like truly concrete firm beds. To be fair, it was a Sealy Posturepedic mattress but clearly the firmest in that line. The beds caused everyone in our group a lot of discomfort. We ended up buying $300 of memory foam mattress toppers and pillows to make things work.We discovered the mattresses aren't exactly clean like the rest of the room. Human hair, animal hair and stains. I'm not sure why they don't use encased mattress protectors instead of the flop over covers. Very disappointed in what we discovered.The bathroom had water damage in wall and baseboards. No vent in the restrooms which means humidity and odor linger a long time.
