Very easy and comfortable hotel
The elevator is very slowThe hotel is exactly what we needed, nothing more.I would have loved somewhere, even a bench, outside to sit on while I had my morning coffee.

Room is spacious. Like it had refrigerator. big open seating area with big screen TV. Breakfast had more choices than expected
Observed 2 staff at desk rolling their eyes when another guest asked a question. At a later point asked another front desk person a question and less than helpful. Bathroom area is terrible. No a/c vent so room is hot. After showering moisture running down door. Standing in tub is precarious as curvature in bottom of tub does not give a flat surface.

Sports teams were staying at the same time and occasionally it was noisy.

Comfortable rooms, beds and pillows really Comfort. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in bathroom. Coffee maker and hair dryer provided plus fridge.Approx 10 min drive from downtown Good breakfast.Laundry available to do yourself, $2 washing, $1.75 dryer

Everything is awesome! Staff (jade in particular) is friendly and very nice. The kids enjoyed going to the pool and they even went to the gym. And even the manager (male) is nice. Room is very clean and spacious. And breakfast is good specially the home fries potato
We hope there's microwave though

Room was big, bed was comfortable.
Location and there was a smell when I arrived, very musty. Could have been the pool but it was pleasant. The room as well felt a little stuffy and the tub was weirdly shaped, having a shower was uncomfortable as the shape of the tub felt as if I could fall at anytime. The tub felt slimy on my feet.

Easy access from parking to elevator. Friendly staff, coffee. Very clean room.
Room configuration needs improvement, breakfast needs improvement, hot chocolate and coffee were not always available.
