Great location. Clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Easy checkin/out. Convenient options inside hotel; cafe, restaurant, bar. Spacious room.
These are very small critiques definitely not dealbreakers…the view was of other rooms’ windows and the lighting in the room was dim.

The manager did seem very welcoming to hearing customers complaints. Restaurant and coffee bar were fabulous. Beds were comfortable. Good downtown location. Staff was accomodating. Veery clean.
No real amenities like room service or a pool. Bathroom lighting is terrible and not very private. Housekeeping came at weird times and not upon request.

Location was central and close to our other activities. Didn’t partake in breakfast. Rooms were spacious and quiet.
I have never been in a hotel room, even in Europe, where the bath towels were as small as hand towels. Seriously ridiculous size. All towels should be replaced with normal sized bath towels. I am a petite woman and I needed 2 towels to completely dry myself after a rinse off shower.

Nice hotel staff. The room was clean
There is no space in the street to download upon arrival. There is not parking, only valet. The checking desk is on the second floor right by the bar and restaurant. Very loud all the time.

I needed an iron. Business meeting and needed to iron dress clothes. Staff happily brought me one, but it leaked a lot. Recommend buy 3-5 nice irons to have available if needed at the front desk.

Great hotel in the middle of downtown Austin and Walkable to everything! Lots of good restaurants and coffee shops close to location. Staff was great and even upgraded my room. Room was very clean and would absolutely stay again.

Convenient location downtown, close to restaurants, bars, and the Capitol. Very clean and comfortable hotel with a fun bar and restaurant.
Parking situation is not great.

Very nice place, perfect area for exploring the town or if you wanted to stay at the hotel they have a nice bar, cafe and restaurant. Also the staff is great, Gabriel help us with finding some nice places and even gave us a free voucher for food or drinks!!
