The beds comfort and room cleanliness
They were renovating ? The lifts are old and take forever. The staff members are kind of lazy at the reception desk

The ambience and location of the hotel was fantastic. Room was comfortable and.clean.
The plug on the basin was faulty but other than that everything was good.

Very nice building, great location, room and bed confortable. Public parking near by. Very friendly and king staff. Good breakfast.
Rooms are bit wared out.

The location is great and the design is amazing. We feel so history.
It's the first time I see a Hyatt hotel or 5 starts without breakfast. Unbelievable.You must wait in the queue of a coffee near the hotel to get your breakfast.No restaurant in the hotel as well. For me it's not a 5 starts hotel at all!
