Good
Review summary
The hotel offers spacious and generally clean rooms, with housekeeping providing daily upkeep, although some rooms appear dated. It benefits from an excellent downtown location within walking distance to popular entertainment and sightseeing spots. While staff are friendly and helpful, parking is notably expensive with valet being the only option, though cheaper alternatives are nearby.

Good location a few minutes walk from nightlife and a 10 minute walk from the Capitol. Welcoming and helpful staff on reception. Overall the room and bathroom were acceptable but a bit tired and in need of a refresh. The hotel has only expensive valet parking which is not good if you prefer to park your own car and retain the keys.

The hotel it’s very nice.
They canceled my stay, because of maintenance problem. I don’t know it’s true or not. The good thing is they give a stay in a different hotel far way for free. The reason I want that hotel because of how near it’s to the 6th street.

I liked that it was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. And I liked that they checked on us and asked if we needed anything.

The location was great. Clean rooms and hotel.
Parking was very expensive considering there were parking garages available for much cheaper. We used the local parking garages, but would have chosen to park with the hotel if they were comparable. Also, booking.com claimed this location had a hot tub, and it did not. Not the location's fault, no problem to not have one, just was expecting it due to the listing on booking.com

Friendly staff and great location.
Way too overpriced. Had to walk up stairs from lobby to 10th floor as the 4 elevators never came down to the crowd in the lobby waiting for them. Heater didn't work in the room. Little ants on walls and counter top in bathroom. We had to clean out and wipe down our toiletries bag due to the ants. Was outside at night, walked around the corner were a homeless man was defecating on the sidewalk. Told the guy at the front desk and he did say thanks for letting them know, however the homeless guy was still there the next 2 days. Now we have empathy people, but crapping on the sidewalk, come on now. Of course, we know it isn't the hotels fault on that one, but the room issues, well we are glad they discounted the bill a bit.
