- The decor, cleanliness, the staff was wonderful. Workout room was great, sauna was great.

- Bed was comfortable

- Cold pool water, but that isn't their fault, lol
- IT WAS OLD, DEFINITELY FELT LIKE THE STAR RATING WAS A LITTLE HIGH
- There was no hot water for my entire stay. Every day they told me it would return the next day but it never did
