- Window was able to open and the laundry facility
- The staff, specifically the manager were awesome.

Cons -
- Almost all the amenities are no longer available or completely outdated . A wet area way too big to call a spot in the middle of the hallway floor for my 2 night stay smelled like old urine
- This hotel was in poor shape, dirty and disappointing in every way. If you don't have an issue with the smell of pet urine in the hallways and smoke , then you'll be OK. It's a "smoke free" hotel , however smoke is all you smell. The lobby is nice
- The reception clerk was not helpful. The advertisement for the hotel stated there was breakfast, but there was no breakfast. The hallway smelled musty and the carpet is in room was dirty. There was a roach crawling up the wall.
