Hyatt Regency Austin

Staff were very friendly. Buffet breakfast was very good in the restaurant. View from our lake view room was superb. Room was spacious. Hotel was newly refurbished.

No mugs/cups in the room for coffee/tea only plastic cups available. No water supplied in the room but it was provided at reception when I asked for it.

Clean rooms, beds were very comfortable and staff was excellent!

The bar or first floor restaurant was severely understaffed. One bartender who also served as the waiter. He had his hands full and could have used more help. This was not what I’d expect from a Hyatt Regency.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. A bit pricy but worth it. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with plenty of amenities. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One of the highlights was definitely the balcony—it gave us a front-row view of everything from the river to the sparkling lights of the Austin skyline. We would absolutely stay here again!

Little things that just aren't something to worry about. Taxes suck. Meal prices suck. But that is Austin's fault not the Hyatt Regencys.

Reasonably nice hotel.

Position was not great as someway from attractions.Also, we very much a conference hotel which was not apparent when booking.

The location is excellent, with views of the downtown skyline and the river. The staff was friendly and helpful. The gym is top-notch. Overall, the stay was relaxing and without any problems.
