The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly. The hotel is in a convenient location.
I was asked to pay an extra USD200 for incidentals when I arrived for the 3 nights I stayed there. This price was not mentioned when I was booking.

Nice Hotel
We came back late fromt he UT& UTSA college game and we wanted to take a shower. We noticed we did not have towels in the bathroom. We called the front desk and they said we needed to pick them up?

The hotel ultra comfortable. Has all the facilities, gym and business centre. Fulfil all our needs.The staff especially Jim Berg at reception was excellent, He is amazing and went over and above for accommodating our requests during our stay at the hotel. He is an asset to the hotel.A further staff member is Dan at the restaurant who really carries out exceptional service for breakfast. Amazing person who also goes the extra mile!

The room was spacious and clean.
Major renovations going on, lots of noise. If I would have known, I would have booked somewhere else. Pool, fitness and spa closed. Only one elevator was working.
