Impeccably clean and beautiful room. Comfortable bed, ac worked perfectly.
The two bartenders/servers on my stay were nice but very inattentive and threw f-bombs around like it was no big deal. That's just not acceptable or professional. TV in my room was end-of-life: color washed out on half the screen with two solid horizontal lines running along the top. Network lag made watching Sunday Night Football nearly unwatchable. Parking at $22 a night is highway robbery. It's a beautiful property but details matter. I received a text asking "how's everything so far?", I shared the above problems but just got a "thanks, we'll pass this along...so we can do better". No discount, no bonus points, no offer to change rooms...nada.

Clean rooms
Charging $26, for parking and $24 per person for breakfast. Not ever going there again. I am also posting on social media to warn others.

Well, it's a good hotel, there's a nice architecture, pool and gym. The suite is spacious and there's a desk which is good to put my laptop to work. There's a restaurant in the lobby where you can buy some foods and drinks.
The bed and pillow aren't comfortable.Would be good have water in the room.

Nice hotel. I don't see the need to pay for parking. The location is not good.

Location was great for what I was there for.
I stayed in room 476 and to call a few times because the humidifier wasn’t working. My allergies was horrible and I paid extra because of my allergies. The tv kept shutting off. The bed was horrible. The mattress is sunken in the middle so bad. There is no way housekeeping nor staff did not know this. I had to go to Urgent care for a shot in my back the next morning . I took a few videos and pictures. Staff was pleasant, however I don’t think they had concern about the mattress.

Staff very friendly and helpful
Don’t tack on additional pricing, just add to room rate up front

The rooms were comfortable and well furnished. The direct access to the central courtyard was a nice addition. The design of the hotel with the arches made it feel less like a generic chain and more like an upscale boutique stay. The lobby was nicely laid out and I appreciated that there was a bar and restaurant, especially since the hotel was not really in a walkable part of the city (though there are places a short drive away). The pool and hot tub aren't super big, but they're nice to have (especially in the summer, I'm sure). All in all, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and would stay here again!
The inner courtyard was under construction while we were there which was a bit of a bummer, but improvements have to be done sometime I suppose! It looked like they were putting down new tile pavers, preparing to add more landscaping, and possibly a water feature. I'm sure it will be nice when it's completed and feel like a bit of an oasis in the center of the hotel.

Location was nice, it was within walking distance to several restaurants. The lobby/bar area was a nice place to visit with family. Room overall was comfortable.
I feel it’s time to change their carpet, it just looked dingy. I was not a fan of the paid parking, like I’m already spending a fortune on this room and you’re gonna charge me to park my truck as well. It was especially irritating given check-in was a disaster because their computers went down when we went to go check in a little before 4 pm and had to leave and come back. We weren’t able to check in until 6 pm, so I feel like parking should’ve been compensated. The front desk lady was kind of a butt so I didn’t expect anything less.
