Location is very good, downtown and restaurants are very close to the hotel.Big rooms with kitchen.

No drinking water provided at all, this was really annoying! I had to go out in the middle of the night just to buy a bottle of water because I forgot to buy one before I go to my room!

Easy, plentiful parking. Large rooms. Free breakfast. Polite employees. Located in large shopping center with lots of stores & eateries.

Shower water pressure too low. Housekeeping did not come in to clean or replenish towels/washcloths. Huge RV was parked outside our hotel room - we could hear their generator running all night long. Also TV remote didn’t work - couldn’t turn down volume on bedroom TV.

Really nice hotel. Was clean and up to date. I would definitely stay again.

Shower water pressure could’ve been a bit stronger, but would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I like about this property was the location.

We previously have stayed at this hotel, and since that time the conditions have deteriorated immensely. The air conditioner in our room sounded like a diesel truck was driving through the room, very noisy. The staff tried to fix the problem during our stay and we’re not able to do so. And we were told that there were no other rooms available, which I did not feel was true, as we never saw anyone in the hall on our floor. But later, that same day, they did offer to change our room so once again, I was not confident they were telling the truth initially The breakfast provided was marginal and the hotel used Styrofoam plates instead of normal heavier plates. Some of the seating areas in the main lobby were very worn out with the fabrics, torn or threadbare. And finally the TV service, which was DIRECTV, very many times, froze as if it was searching for the signal when the weather was fine.

The location was convenient. The room was spacious and very clean.

The parking sucked. The room was pricey.

The friendliness and helpfulness staff especially at the front desk. Wonderful shower.

The noisiness of the air filtration and air conditioning unit in the room was Annoying and a distraction.

Close to my niece and the airport. Clean room with lots of good amenities. Friendly staff, Adequate breakfast.

1.) The ventilation system in the rom was in disrepair....when it came on it sounded like a huge truck was idling in the room. Also the panel was not well attached to the wall...Screws were loose and falling out. Staff was informed the minute I got in the room but because it was late, a repair order was put in for the next day. No other rooms were available for us to switch to. After being away from the room the next day we were informed in the evening that the ventilation system could not be repaired, only replaced. We were asked if we wanted to change rooms but it was late and were tired so said no. We managed the ventilation system noise problem by leaving it on when we left and turned it off when were were there except during the night when the room became quite stuffy. 2.) We were never able to get working wifi on our devices in the room. When asking for help several times, instructions given at the front desk were confusing and contradictory. As a result, during our stay we took ipads and laptops to our niece's house to work on, both to get wifi and get away from the loud ventilator noise. 3.) When checking out we were informed that because our booking was through Booking.com we could not have any % taken off our bill for these inconveniences. When I called to book our stay many months ago, I called your desk directly by going on line. If calls are being changed to other than your front desk, unknowingly to customers. and services are not up to par because of that, then you need to manage that.

The hotel is convenient to UT and downtown nightlife, staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again.

The lighting could be better for the vanity mirror but overall that is the only minor negative.

The location was great with easy access to downtown.
