Room was Spacious , clean and comfortable . Good breakfast!

Every thing was good except that We can hear the noise from the street

Excellent location on 3rd Street. Staff very helpful and friendly. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable- best nights sleep of the whole holiday. Free breakfast was fine although could have done with more food choices. We arrived at 12 noon but they were still happy to check us in and let us go to our room. Baggage store on check out was a big plus and enabled us to spend more time sightseeing before our flights.

No negatives except perhaps more food choice at breakfast.

Great location, very secure. Staff was great and so was the breakfast, I mean it had EVERYTHING! The room was spacious and very clean.

Parking at the location was pricey, had to park a block away and walk with all the bags and luggage.

Our disappointments concerned miscommunications about the hotel. I was not made aware that the only parking option was valet parking at $57 per night plus tips. We were also excited about the indoor pool, which the receptionist told us was open until 11pm, but when we got there at 9:35 pm the card reader wouldn't unlock for us even though the sign said it closed at 10pm, so we're still not sure when the pool actually closed. Furthermore, Booking.com advertised the pool as heated, but when we finally entered the pool the next day the pool water was ice cold and the room itself was cool as well, so the pool wasn't comfortable enough for use.

Noise from ventilation Not acceptable: lift was not working 2 days in a raw, we had to take the stairs to the 8th floor, it’s just not acceptable and is a real safety issueNear the location, too many drug addicts, and we even saw someone threatening us there people with knife… the city has to do something. My son is traumatized.
