Was a very clean hotel, staff was very helpful and pleasant. We really were happy with our stay. Breakfast was good but would be nice if they serve more variety on the way they do eggs and sides. But overall all was good

its a great location, close to everything and easy to find
waited over an hour for a shuttle ride back to the hotel, heater would turn on in the room at the most random times in the peak of summer heat, there is a huge possum that has made the tree in the pool area its home, every single staff i had an encounter with (except one amazing lady) looked like they hated working there or their job in general. debated on staying another night but this was the most uncomfortable hotel ive ever stayed in.

Nice clean rooms
Beds uncomfortable. While at the pool an employee and guest were arguing very loudly and cussing each other out . Very uncomfortable for my children !!! The employee called the guest a bad word and told him he could leave . Very inappropriate for a hotel

The hotel staff are always friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is great, the rooms are definitely clean. The location is amazing. The shuttle is definitely a plus. We have always stayed at this location when we attend Texas Rangers games. Highly recommend this hotel for everybody.

Location is great, lots of things close by. Service is awesome. Early check-in always a bonus. Great breakfast. We love it here because of the pool/ hot tub hours. Everything is Always clean!

Shuttle to the Texas Rangers game was great. Our driver was friendly and timely. There was no waiting in line before or after for the shuttle. Ice water station in the lobby was welcomed. Free parking was a plus although you do enter and exit from a very very busy road. We also were just across the street from Six Flags and a very short drive to the Arlington Art Museum.
No ice machines on the floors.

the staff we amazing very accommodating and polite.
the air conditioner tripped alot and our room was hot , the other guest were unruly. hollering and cussing woke me at 3 am! it was ridiculous and not a restful stay
