Cons -
- Reservation was at 4, but room wasn't ready. Waited 47 minutes to get in the room
- They charged me for the full price of the room instead of just for incidentals, now I have to wait for it to post back to my acct, also the bed was terrible, rolled from the side to the middle .
- No free water and etc bag to guest.
