- Bed pillows are not comfortable and noise from I-40 all night long
- The front desk clerk and her boyfriend. I had to call and voice my concern and I was issued a full refund d due to the lack of manners and service. Video was taken of the front desk clerk and her boyfriend.
- The sheets on the bed had electricity in them. Very uncomfortable.
