Cons -
- Front desk staff left much to be desired but the main issue I had was the non-refundable pet fee ($75!) and the daily parking fee...I've never, EVER paid a parking fee at a hotel in Amarillo. Those two things doubled the cost of the room.
- It was filthy and smelled. Not up to Marriott standards. The lobby had a stinch and the doors were so dirty, the halls smelled. The bathroom was not cleaned and one of the pilllows had stains.
