- This is a new hotel with poor management and cleaning staff the room smelled like dog the shower floor had soap buildup on it and the next morning my wife noticed make up on the comforter but she had removed hers and showed before going to bed

Having reserved a king room for 5 nights, could only get a two-queen room when I arrived, unless I was willing to move during the stay. Desk clerk did the best she could, though.
