- Need updates. Bed had a dip in the mattress- well used. Made it difficult to get comfortable- too soft. Need to update cell phone charging. Need USB outlets
- The check in staff, solved a minor issue for be, out of courtesy. I was grateful!!
- Poor room accommodation Gave me a double bed vs a queensize and would not change me to a queensize accommodation as my hotel reservation had indicated. TV size was poor very small.
