- The over night staff was amazing

- Breakfast was very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful .
Cons -
- Took over 30 min to get the day time staff to wake up to check us in. A/C unit was broken and stuck on and the room was freezing, no heat. Blood on the carpets and bathrooms were disgusting.
- I will never stay at this hotel again. The air conditioner would not allow you to adjust the temperature so it was absolutely freezing. The shower also had zero water pressure. Our other room, the shower only had extremely hot water that was unbearable.
- Had 2 rms ended up staying in 1. Other had not been serviced and they handed my son linens and said we have no cleaning staff at this time no other rm. So 3 adults and no and 3 yr and8 yr slept on top of covers in the room that waa serviced. Dirty!!hotel
