Location to town and Dollywood. Good parking and shuttle access. The staff was excellent!
Poor value for the cost. Facilities are outdated and in need of upgrades. Again, way too expensive!

Great location and service.
Pillows were terrible. We went to Walmart and bought our own. Resort needs more restaurants. Location of room was marginal. Booking.com seems to always have bad room locations.

We loved everything about this resort! It was a truly lovely experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful, making us feel warmly welcomed throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a perfect retreat for relaxation.During Easter, the resort went above and beyond with their special celebrations, which made the holiday even more memorable. They had a beautiful church service. They offered fun activities for the kids during the Easter break, ensuring that everyone had a great time. The overall atmosphere was joyful and family-friendly, making it an ideal getaway.I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and well-cared-for place to stay. I can't wait to return!

Front desk very nice and helpful to our request!Only thing I did not like was housekeeping knocking on door for check out before check out time, we still had 17 min till check out and they were knocking hard.
