Very nice and modern hotel, clean and very well located near the downtown/tourist area
Staff was not particularly friendly (except for valet guy), amenities and quality do not justify the cost of the hotel - the main drawback is that it’s not really worth the price

Everything. Friendly, thoughtful staff. Great, quaint, clean room (soap smelled divine). Coffee in the morning. Quiet, yet close to Broadway and all music, food, drinks. Had small self parking right next door.

Great location near the Broadway. Spacious and clean room. We stayed 4 nights and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! First hotel ever where they poured us a glass of shampagne during arrival. Classy move and the hotel felt classy in every way.
Only two small things we could think of is that there wasn't a mirror for make up and that the complimentary water tasted like tap water 8--)

Comfortable beds, quiet, small hotel! Only like 72 rooms they said. Perfect location for CMA Fest! We walked everywhere & the road in front of the hotel takes you to a bridge to the stadium. So easy to get to Broadway too! There’s a couple restaurants & bar in the hotel & a cheap breakfast/lunch place right next door!

The hotel has a lovely foyer, cafe and shop. The rooms were large, spacious, clean. The staff were very friendly. Free coffee per guest per day and you can grab a bite to eat before heading out. Short walk to the many Restaurants, Bars and Shops on Broadway and sounding areas.
