- Staff was super nice and always helpful. Hotel employees were great!

- Close enough to everything in Nashville without being so close to the craziness. Perfect location. Also next to the Vanderbilt campus perfect for walks. 8 minute Uber ride to Broadway bars, museums, Gulch, Third Man Records, Gibson Garage.
Cons -
- Unable to turn thermostat down. Bed extremely uncomfortable. Shower leaked and soaked bathroom floor. First night I changed rooms because of road noise. Would not pay rack rate and is not 4.5*.
- For the price that you pay, they didn’t even have good coffee with creamers, no breakfast. Parking was awful to try and find your way back to the elevator to get to your room. Just so not worth the $$$$$$
- It was not very clean--main areas and room could have used some elbow grease. The sheets had holes in them and stains and the towels were frayed and not high quality. The hotel hallways were also extremely loud with doors slamming all night.

Staff and location were good. Everyone went out of their way to help and were friendly.
