Hampton Inn By Hilton And Suites Nashville-Airport

The rooms were great, spacious, comfy. Right by the airport so it was a quick uber ride after our late flight.

The locks on the door were broken. We weren’t able to lock our room door, bolts were missing in the lock, etc. the mini fridge wasn’t on, we couldn’t figure out how to turn it on. We would had called front desk, but it was 11:30 by the time we got there we were just too tired

I have stayed in hotels all over the world, also travelled extensively during my 37 year career. I often do not find it easy to give above average reviews, but this hotel was great in my opinion. From the 1st information call before the stay, to the front desk, housekeeping and morning breakfast crew our stay was wonderful. I have always liked staying at Hampton's because you kind of know what you are getting before you arrive. But this location went above and beyond. Thank you for the memorable pleasant 3night 4day visit. I will be back if I am in the Nashville area in the future.

Nothing was unliked about this hotel. Believe me if I had something negative to say I would, but this hotel was a 9+ and even maybe a 9++.

Great location!! Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable and the shower was so warm and relaxing. Everything was perfect!

There were plumbing problems…water pouring into the reception area behind the desk. We were called and abruptly called and told not to use the bathroom sink for 1/2 hour as there was a clog somewhere.
