- The hotel staff was awesome
- Size of the room
- Location, friendly staff and cleanliness.
Cons -
- The elevators did not work and my room AC stopped working so it was hot. The hotel doesn’t have access to ADA parking that is easy to get to. It’s valet only.
- They gave me the keys to a room that was already occupied. This could have presented a dangerous situation as I could have been accosted by te occupants as an intruder.
- We had a late check-in and the valet was full so we had to park overnight in a paid parking lot a block over.
