Hotel Indigo Nashville at the Countrypolitan

Pros +

• Location for good. The bar area was nice and i liked the variety of music over four days staff in the bar was a great waitress
• Despite the location, our 11th floor room was quiet and the wonderful bed and linen made for great sleep. Staff was friendly and responsive. We sat on lobby couches and listened to live music. An excellent experience.
• The staff at this hotel makes it an excellent day Hotel employee from the front desk was accident got our two free drinks which were delicious the bed is so comfortable the shower is amazing and the zenology products were awesome for our hair and skin

Cons -

• No luggage rack in my room-my luggage had to be on the floor. The shower door leaked badly, TP holder and towel bar were falling off.Furnace couldn?t get the room over 64 degrees. Cleaning staff missed a day.
• No on-site parking. Valet parking was $55 a night. We opted to use a garage two blocks away.
• Me and my husband like flat Pillows to Sleep on these pills were brand new and big and fluffy we just slept on the bed no pillows but that's it everything else was excellent
