It was dog friendly. It was close to good restaurants. Coffee/expresso in room was great. Hygiene products were nice
I stay in Nashville quite often and this was my worse experience. I highly do not encourage this hotel. The room they gave me had no air so they brought me 2 box fans and wouldnÂ¿t switch me rooms. It was a nightmare.

Bar by the pool deck was very limited
location
One woman at check in desk could not locate my daughter's reservation and was very insistent/rude about it not being in the computer system. The manager had to come over to locate reservation and found it.

Staff did not help and manager was not helpful either. I tried to show them pictures of the box fans in my room and how hot it was but they didnÂ¿t care.
