Location and comfort of room and bed.
Front Desk Staff and the broken elevator (only one in the hotel) the mornjng we checked out with my daughter on crutches on the 3rd floor.

All Workers were very friendly and polite. Professional demeanor hands down. They went out of their way to do their best to make visitors comfortable and happy. I recommend this hotel to anyone. Hotel is spotless and comfortable to stay in.

The breakfast was great. The staff were always friendly and professional. They made us feel like family. Fresh coffee available 24 hours. The pool was clean and available. It's in a great location and a wonderful place to stay. I miss the staff.

We didn't purchase the Breakfast. The staff that we communicated with was very helpful and polite with professional and courteous .
Nothing. Tommy was very polite and friendly with being helpful. The shuttle bus driver that drop us off . Was very friendly and helpful with being very polite and professional. Along with the Manager that picked my wife and I up . We really appreciated the respect we received from all the staff members that we got to interact with. We're from Michigan and really enjoyed Our stay with your Hotel . Thank you and Thank you to All of your staff ❤️

The staff were friendly and helpful.
There was no hot breakfast for the first half of our stay (oven was broken). The elevator was broken the second half of our stay. We were on the 3rd floor.

Very friendly. Helpful. Shuttle us to graceland and back which wasn't expected. Room spacious . Clean. Warm.
Noisy people in the hotel late at night. We had a front bedroom so heard everyone coming in .

Great location. Very close to Graceland.
Renovation was going on. It made parking for check-in very difficult with our little trailer. There was a big semi backing in to the parking lot to pick up old furniture. We had to wait for several minutes for them to move over so we could access where we were told to park.
