- It is very close to a lot of the downtown attractions and an easy walk to the convention center.
- The location was convenient, the staff were friendly and attentive. The shuttle service was excellent.
- The staff. The quality of the food.
Cons -
- Yikes. As of Dec 2024, this place needs updating and even big renos. The rooms are out of date and barely working. Also, someone was allowed to have really loud barking dogs and leave them alone in their room for hours.
- I had to keep reminding them to provide clean towels.
- The lack of true restaurant hours. The hotel felt like a corporate check the box hotel.
