Free parking? I literally can't think of anything else positive.
Rude staff at check-in. First room smelled of smoke and had big puddle around AC. No breakfast, fitness center, or pool as advertised. The area didn't seem safe, with people loitering and yelling outside. As I was leaving, police were arriving.

Location was very good for our needs (traveling between New Orleans and Louisville). We liked having a sitting area in the room and a place to set up the laptop.
The carpet could have been cleaner.

The price and the fact that the property had free internet. The rooms a were spacious.
This hotel (motel) was in a sketchy part of town. I parked my vehicle near the front office window even tough my room was in the opposite side of the property for fear of a break-in. The property was listed as a 2.5 star but was no more than a 2.

Decent area with restaurants nearby. It had an elevator, which I didn't expect. The room was spacious and clean.
I think breakfast stopped @ 9 &by the looks of it, they probably didn't offer much.

We were on the first floor close to parking and unloading. The room was clean.
The decor was old looking. The furniture in the room was dated and did not look good to sit on. The breakfast promised was very basic cereal. No hot or microwave items, which caused us to eat off site.

Very spacious room with comfortable bed. Once I got the wifi
Had wifi issues when first checked in. Was ok, once it started to work. Lobby very small and breakfast very limited. Location not the best for anyone planning on seeing the Memphis sites.
