- the hard bed, the shower did not get hot.
- I hated everything. There was stomping and jumping upstairs. There were power tools and loud mexican music in the hall. There are thin walls. I could hear the guy next door yelling and arguing constantly. Hotel did not respect my disability wishes
- Everything else. The entire hotel complex smelled awful, was roach infested (especially in the room), towels were dirty/bloody, staff was inattentive, and the room floor was soaking wet. Had to book another hotel to stay at for a couple days. Never again!
