I liked the location. It was close to everything I attended. I liked that the hotel had a rooftop and the stay was very peaceful.
I did not like having to pay for valet parking each night. Most hotels have free parking.

The location was great. Beal street and the convention center were only about a 7-10 min. walk away. The staff was hospitable. The rooms were clean and modern. I love aloft hotels because they are consistently kept nice. They had plugs on either side of the bed. It’s the little things. Bathrooms were clean. Great tv selection.
My check-in had issues because of booking.com. It caused us to have to sit there and contact booking.com. We waited almost an hour. But the staff finally just let us stay, because we had paid booking.com, but booking.com had messed up the payment to the hotel. English was the second language of all members, so it was harder for them to communicate what was happening at times, but we figured it out.

The hotel was very nice
Hotel did not make it clear before booking that parking is not included and there is a 35 parking fee for valet
