Overall a good hotel, large room. Good WiFi. Very clean. Slept well there. The full breakfast was really good.

I had an unusual experience in the room that is not necessarily a bad reflection on the hotel but is significant. There was an upholstered chair in the room that I sat on and after maybe 45 minutes I noticed I was beginning to itch on my upper legs and buttocks. That part of my body in closest contact with the chair had suddenly broken out in severe hives. I did not use the chair again and after 2 hours the hives improved and were gone by morning. Evidently some chemical in the upholstery caused an allergic response. Also, after taking a shower in the morning the tub would not drain and by the end of the shower I was in ankle deep water. For the price of the accommodation I would have expected fewer issues.

The staff at the front desk were friendly, efficient and helpful. The staff in the breakfast area were also amazing. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a variety of choices. The room was clean.

The hotel was a little difficult to get in and out of, located between two busy highways. The lights in the room were horrible! It was so dim in the room entry and bathroom that I started to have serious anxiety after being in the room for several hours trying to get ready for an event. Even with all of the lights on in the room, curtains open to let in sunlight it was still gloomy in the room. For any one putting on makeup or styling your hair just give up.....

I did not do the breakfast. The staff was very kind. Location is great.

The bathroom trash did not have a liner. Whomever was on the room next to me was up late and were loud.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and my stay was satisfactory. The customer service reps at the front desk were friendly and quickly checked me in. The breakfast buffet was $12.99 per person. I left the hotel early, so I didn't eat breakfast and can't speak about how the breakfast was. They offered free coffee in the lobby which was nice. The hotel has a restaurant within walking distance on the premises and is surrounded by a few department stores and eateries so it's convenient if you want to walk to a close location to grab a bite to eat.

The room was clean, however, I noticed there were hair strands at the top of the shower from the previous occupants. The housecleaning must have overlooked that.

The staff was amazing. The rooms were clean, beds were perfect, and the room had everything we needed. Loved staying here.

There was nothing I didn’t like. The stay was above and beyond.

Clean, modern, attractive, quiet, and easy to get to, with a friendly and professional staff. One of the best hotels I've stayed at at this price point. Easy access to major highways, so I was able to get anywhere in the city within a few minutes.

It's in an unusual spot on an island between the lanes of a highway, so you can't walk anywhere, and there's not much in the way of food nearby, although you don't have to drive more than a few minutes to find decent restaurants.

The location is perfect to everything. Friendly staff. Room clean and had everything you needed.

One of my favourite rooms on my trip. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was very nice with lots of space.Very comfortable bed.

Location was easy to access, right off the highway. The staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. The room was simple but clean. The fitness centre had very nice Nautilus equipment.

Close to the shopping and restaurants but not able to walk to it safely, had to drive. Bathrooms needed updating but adequate for one night stay. Breakfast was not included which would have added to the value.
