No deskler, took over 45 minutes to check in, and it was filthy
hotel is near a waffle house so there was a place for breakfast.

Cons -

ROACHES IN THE ROOM! Hair on walls & in bathroom. No shower curtain. No staff on duty at night. I did not use the room & slept in my car. I called the hotel & talked to the manager about getting a full refund. She has to talk to corporate office.
i called before booking for 1am check in and they confirmed. upon arrival the manager wouldnÂ¿t wake up and said it was too late to check in. i only was able to get into the hotel because a maintenance worker saw me. loud neighbors and lots of dogs around
The supposed to manager talk to you like you are a piece of crap and they tried to claim I was a no-show when I was there at 4:00 p.m.

I didn't even get to stay at the hotel there was nobody there to check me in and the number on the phone on the wall nobody answered.
