We enjoyed having a separate bedroom with a door that we could close. The beds were comfortable, and the room was spacious. Breakfast had a variety of hot and cold options, and we enjoyed getting a meal each morning. The value of what we got was excellent!
It would have been great if the doors to the bedroom would have some curtains or blinds on them to cover the glass. We would like to have had some privacy to change clothes.

Beds were very comfortable. Great location. Very clean. I usually don’t do the free breakfast but the other reviews were good so we tried it and glad we did. Waffles and eggs were great.
The beds were a little high for my mom to get in, but it was ok. They were still comfortable.

Dinesha at the desk checked us in, and was one of the friendliest and most helpful desk persons we have ever encountered! Breakfast was great, room was quiet and very comfortable. Good location close to UT, but not close enough to encounter all the traffic! We were in Knoxville for the SEC Cross Country Championship.
We were in an accessible suite, and the bathroom floor had some issues that could have proved dangerous to my husband. The ceramic tiles were loose, and small rectangular pieces of grout were coming loose. Stepping on one of those with bare feet could have caused a fall for my husband! Fix the floor! The room next to us had the same problem, as I heard the noise of their tiles popping when they stepped on them. Didn't know what the noise was until I stepped on the tiles and heard the same noise.

Quick and easy check-in and -out process, friendly and efficient staff
There was no way to draw the curtains to dim the room enough, and the pillows were a bit too firm for our liking

The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing!

The overall hotel was good
Booking.com said my final price was 303. Dollars when I got there I was charged 316. Dollars I've never had that happen I've always paid what it says on booking. Com. When I asked the guy at the front desk he couldn't give me a straight answer.

Bed was fine. The room was clean. The staff was friendly.
The coffee was not good and the breakfast was disorganized.

good standard hotel directly of the interstate, several restaurants close by.Pretty quick check-in, friendly staffWe enjoyed the gym and the complementary breakfast
nothing to complain about, except that we had a bit of trouble with the key cards who didn't work properly
