Carpet in the rooms in this day and age!!!!! Unhealthy! Laminate flooring it's cheaper and much healthier!!

Rooms and bed were large and comfortable.

The Elevator didn't work and we were not told this until after we checked in. We had to drag our luggage up a flight of stairs to our room on 2nd floor. We are older and have joint issues. No one offered to help us get our luggage up to our room, or back down again except for a couple of cleaning ladies, even though there were 2 males employees, one who appeared to be the manager, watched as we struggled to get our luggage back down to the car. Morever, the stairs were too narrow and dangerous,especially the one at the very top which caused me to trip and almost lose my balance.

It was so clean and smelled great! It was very comfortable and the staff was terrific! The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choices. My favorite part was the water fountain they had! We left an expensive item and they were very honest and sent us a text message informing us. We were out of the area already but they said they would ship our item to us! Fabulous hotel and I highly recommend staying if ever in the area!

Very cheap crib, ice machines on second floor were not working throughout the whole stay, bed was okay, not great. The kitchen in the suites are not stocked with any utensils, plates, etc. looks nice but useless.It’s a good pass-through hotel, but would not recommend staying more than 1 night. Their breakfast was truly a great and fun experience being able to make your own waffles.
