The breakfast was good. We stayed for the UT bus pick up to the football game. The location was great. We were pleased with everything.

Bathroom was very clean and well appointed with soaps and shampoo etc.
The king mattress was not comfortable it rolled towards the centre and was creaky.

Nice front desk staff. Nice room with good lighting, comfortable beds, excellent heating system, good shower with plenty of towels and washcloths. Good breakfast as well. Great coffee.

The room is spacious, clean, and the bed is comfortable.
Our room was located at the end of the corridor (opposite the maintenance department entrance) and there was no carpet at the entrance to our room. There was a lot of noise coming from the corridor. We sometimes found trolleys in front of our room entrance.There was no phone service in the room (we had to stay in our car for three hours to work).There was no Wi-Fi connection.As for breakfast, we only had coffee...No room service during the day, unless you request it in the morning.The room is not worth $184 per night rate (stayed two nights).

The rooms were clean. I like that you need a key card 24/7 to get thru the side doors. The area felt safe and was easy to get right back onto the highway to head into the downtown area of Knoxville.

Decent location, easy access to highway and nearby areas. It was quiet, which was great. It seemed safe, was worried at first with the red roof inn so close, right next door.
The room was very dim, not a lot of bright lighting. The beds were a bit too soft and not enough pillows for me.
