Good location
Very little useable space for our pet and walking her. Also the breakfast choices was very average.The room was suite with very little room and chase lounge instead of a sofa type seat to sit in.

The staff was incredible. Attentive, polite, and friendly. One of the best staffs I've met at a hotel.Breakfast had a good variety and was delicious.The beds were comfortable and had a good selection of pillows.
Not the cleanest room I've ever stayed in - there were a few hairs in the bathroom and the floor was a bit sticky.

Convenient location for trip. Easy to get to even though the exit and road is busy. It was one of the quietest rooms I’ve ever stayed in despite being close to the interstate.

The property location is great. It’s close to the interstate but far enough away where you don’t hear the interstate traffic. The property was clean, well maintained, and perfect for our needs. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

Absolutely a wonderful place. My family was in Knowxille due to a death in the family. The staff went over and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and didn’t have any needs or worries. We definately recommend this hotel for anyone needing a worry free stay. Thank you to Jessica, Missy, Trish and Tammy for making us feel like family.

Great area, not far from downtown. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was pleasant. Breakfast is included with stay and it was not bad at all.

The location is great, easily accessible from I-40, a short drive to downtown. The breakfast has a good selection of items, and the coffee (always important) was strong and hot.
I can think of nothing I did not like.

New, clean, beds were comfortable. Check in was expeditious. Air conditioning was nice and cold. Room was very spacious
Ice maker was broken on our floor. Breakfast was ok. Couldn't get the hot water to continuously run hot. Like warm at best.
