Clean comfortable rooms. Some breakfast things were out early so we could get on the road earlier.

Great location . Safe location and lots of food choices . We even went to the baseball game to see the local team play . That was inexpensive for the tickets and less than a mile away . Also breakfast was great but what made the whole stay was your employee Lakisha . Every business should want someone like that as the face of their business . She was genuinely so friendly and such a pleasure to talk to in the morning . She really made the stay worth it to know there are people that still enjoy their jobs ! She’s a keeper !!!!!!
The elevators are very sketchy ! They smell like grease and they shake and bang and rattle really bad . Most of the guests noticed this . One lady wouldn’t even take the one on the left she said the doors wouldn’t open earlier for her

Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Will definitely book here again.

Rooms were large& clean comfortable beds
The opaque glass on restroom door from a decorative standpoint is great! But for someone sleeping in& they're partner wakes up early to get dressed or late restroom runs causes the person in bed to have their sleep disturbed by the light shining through restroom door?? Not good?I'd stay again because everything else overcame the small issue wit restroom door. I'll throw a towel over it next time...

The size of the room was wonderful! The staff were all very friendly and kind! The location was great. I will be traveling to Jackson again in June and I am hoping to stay here again!
The fridge in the room didn't get cool to keep food in and the sofa in the room had visible and good size stains on it.
