- The location was excellent
- The location is great! Steps away from everything in Gatlinburg! Breakfast is great, different everyday with a nice selection. Creekside in my option is the best choice!

Cons -
- I wish they had an indoor pool.
- Our TV went out on the second day night staff wasn’t very helpful at least the WiFi still worked.
- You get there and have to pay for parking , crazy pay a high hourly rate and then have to pay for parking?? Nothing against the staff it's not their fault.
