- Location is perfect, rooms are clean and comfortable.
- The beds were comfy. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was good with a variety of hot and cold options. It was wonderful being able to walk anywhere in downtown Gatlinburg. 10 minute walk to No Way Jose's and Ripley's Aquarium.3 minute walk to Smith and Sons and SkyPark.

- Outside pool was unlocked and appeared to be operating, but when we entered the gate, an employee informed us the pool was closed. There was no sign saying so, but we had plenty else to do.
- The room smelled musty, the AC made very loud noises, and there was pretty bad mold in the bathroom.

Location is perfect, rooms are clean and comfortable.
Outside pool was unlocked and appeared to be operating, but when we entered the gate, an employee informed us the pool was closed. There was no sign saying so, but we had plenty else to do.
