We never even got to use the room they told us we were ?no shows? when I could never read evidence that there was ever a specific check in time by a certain time.

The employees were awesome, very friendly and accommodating. The owners not so much. Rather the owners were rather rude both times I spoke with them about towels and coffee after housekeeping skipped our room.

It had a fridge which enabled me to keep my water cold. I also like the sink area separate from the shower area. Also the room was nice sized.

Everything was worn and run down. I mistakenly book the same hotel on my way back because its name was not listed.the breakfast was out of stock on most items.

The first thing I look for in a hotel is cleanliness, and Sonesta Simply Suites in Huntsville was extremely clean and well maintained. I didn't have to ask for anything. Everything I needed was well stocked in the room upon arrival.

I booked a room at the Westin but was moved to the Element she. checking in. The supervisor agent provided inadequate explanation. Loud Drilling construction and thin walls listening to the room next door up until 5:00 am loud talking.
